As a Burnout Recovery and Resilience Coach, I work with self-aware women in leadership to create transformations so they can enjoy healthy achievement, ending chronic patterns of stress, dissatisfaction, and burnout. I help open-minded professionals from diverse cultural experiences operate at deeper levels, with clarity and resilience so they can enjoy their success without breaking their bodies and relationships in the process.
I was a corporate executive in charge of million-dollar accounts who lived life under stress from problem-solving, decision-making, and managing people. This lifestyle that afforded me abundance and success was a dream that turned into a nightmare when I burned out and my body started to break down. Back then, I was unaware of the added stress that my biculturalism added to the picture, where I had to fit into the corporate American mold and my family's culture, while somehow honoring my needs (Sounds familiar?). After bouncing back, I dedicated my life to reversing this complex monster that stole my energy and joy and helping other women do the same.
Women need practical and unique tools that stop the cycle of de-stressing, stressing, and repeating it over again. That’s why I have built a strong background of mindfulness, mental health, and somatic therapies. The women I help had tried many things without success because they missed this: the link between the nervous system, our unique cultural life experience, and the unconscious survival mechanisms contributing to burnout. Approaching things from this comprehensive view, my clients can move from “going through the motions” to being in control of their stress response, feeling alive again, and deeply aware of their inner world. This goes beyond stress management. This inner resilience mastery leads to authenticity, joy, energy, and connection.
